Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Akirah Renée finds her joy in singing to the SOUL. A graduate of Berklee College of Music with a B.M. in Music Education, if she's not on stage, or in the studio, she's using her gifts as an educator to inspire the next generation of musicians both young and old. Akirah has taught in a variety of group, individual, public, and private settings for over 10 years with students aged Pre-K to senior citizens. She's an advocate for helping students find their unique sound and style, all while developing proper vocal technique. Additionally, Akirah performs as a professional vocalist and production manager. She has released a studio album, starred in local musicals, sung background for several major musical artists, and produces for local festivals and events.
